At Villari Sarasota 4,5 and 6 year olds have a lot of fun while they learn the basics of martial arts from professional and caring instructors.  The goal of the Tots Program is two-fold.  First, it will increase and improve preschoolers basic listening and motor skills.  Second, it will prepare them for the full Villari's Childrens Program.  The Tots Program is positive and educational and an age specific curriculum that is organized into themes such as "balance" and "teamwork".  Each class is directly focused on developing one of the skills in the program.  The skills include physical and mental necessities such as focus, coordination, balance and so on.  Each skill is supported by a variety of fun drills and exercises.
